This page is a plain-English summary of how Mimir handles data. Full legal
policy lands before public launch; in the meantime, this is the operating
principle for our beta partners.
What we collect
- Account info (email, name, company name) you provide on signup or via your org admin.
- Customer / site / asset / visit data you create inside Mimir.
- Photos uploaded against assets or visits.
- Standard server logs (IP, user agent, request paths) for security + debugging.
What we do with it
- Run the product. That's it.
- We do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties.
- Aggregated, de-identified usage stats may inform product decisions.
Where it lives
Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Hosted on infrastructure with industry-standard
access controls. Photos and PDFs live in object storage with bearer-token-only access.
Audit log records every action.
Your rights
- Export your full dataset at any time (CSV + photos).
- Delete your account at any time. We hand back a final export, then delete.
